Olga Selina
As Vice President of the Planning and Innovation Enablement (PIE) team at HERE Technologies, Olga leads the global, cross-functional team responsible for accelerating innovation in the organization, and maintaining it as an ingrained part of the company’s culture. The PIE team encompasses multiple facets across the organization including Business Planning, Innovation Enablement, Program Mgmt Office, Training Development, Tools, the Agile Working Group, and beyond.
Olga has been with HERE (formerly NAVTEQ) since 2007, leading a variety of Planning, Program Management, Testing, Tools, Operations, and Quality teams.
Prior to HERE, Olga held multiple managerial roles at both Motorola and Information Business Support (Institute of Informatics) in St. Petersburg, Russia, concentrating on Quality Assurance and Program Development.
Olga holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Marketing from St. Petersburg State Technical University, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMI Program Mgmt Professional and multiple related certifications.
